Products and Custom Orders
Many of our products are handmade, 3D printed, laser engraved, personalized, or made to order. Because of the nature of these processes, minor variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information, including names, numbers, wording, images, logos, and other requested details. JWVL Designs is not responsible for errors resulting from information provided incorrectly by the customer.

Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Order Acceptance
JWVL Designs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders containing inappropriate content, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or requests that we cannot legally or reasonably produce. If a paid order is canceled by JWVL Designs, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Intellectual Property
Customers requesting custom products are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, or other protected material they provide to JWVL Designs. Submission of such material represents that the customer has the necessary rights or permission for its requested use.

Shipping
Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. JWVL Designs is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery delays outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
